On our way out of Washington DC, we stopped at the Eastern Market .... which was built in 1878. We thought of Tory when we saw all the wonderful pastries ! Too bad we are soo far from home, huh?

Driving out of DC, we headed out for Pennsylvania to visit our friend Scot (Al) Miller and his cousin, Linda ... she owns a 120 acre farm with the house she grew up in.
Saw a lot of farms on the way and the Susquehanna River. It was really beautiful, but cold.

| Scott and Linda ... the last time I saw him, he had a beard. Scott is a nurse with whom I worked many, many years ago |
After a long time catching up on the years, Scott took us out to dinner at a small Italian restaurant. Then we went back to our hotel room and turned up the heat !
